This photo was taken at Bachelor’s Grove Cemetery, which is supposedly one of the most haunted places in the country. Supposedly Al Capone’s gang dumped bodies in the nearby pond. I was there with my nephew, and some creepy, old guy who looked like he was the caretaker asked us if we’d seen any ghosts. I felt like we were in the middle of an episode of Scooby Doo. Maybe he was a ghost.

This is a 3-exposure HDR image (+/- 2EV) blended and tone mapped in Photomatix Pro.

After blending I made basic adjustments with the Camera Raw filter, adjusted highlights and midtones with the burn and dodge tools and added a black and white adjustment layer in Photoshop.
